🛡️ Safe and Responsible Platform

www299's commitment to responsible gaming

Let entertainment be enjoyable, but within limits. www299 provides deposit limits, self-exclusion, and 24/7 support to keep your gaming experience safe.

Our responsible gaming policy

www299 believes that online casino and betting can be an enjoyable form of entertainment — when experienced consciously and in moderation. We place the safety of every user in Bangladesh as our highest priority. Responsible gaming is not just about following rules — it is about knowing yourself, recognising your limits, and not letting entertainment turn into a problem.

Our platform includes several protective tools to help you stay in control. From deposit limits to long-term self-exclusion — www299 ensures you are always in the driving seat.

For those aged 21 and above only

All services at www299 are available to individuals aged 21 and above only. Opening an account or placing bets by anyone under age is strictly prohibited. A request to parents — please keep the younger members of your family away from this platform.

Our protection tools

www299 provides everything you need for responsible gaming.

Deposit Limit

Decide for yourself how much you want to deposit — on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set, depositing beyond it will not be possible, so there is no risk of going over your budget.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel gaming is getting out of control, you can completely close your account for a chosen period. The duration is selectable — from seven days up to permanently.

Time-Out Break

Need a short break? With the time-out feature you can temporarily deactivate your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. No login or betting is possible during this time.

Bet Amount Limit

Set in advance the maximum amount you want to place on each bet. This rule protects you from sudden large losses and keeps the gaming experience enjoyable.

Reality Check Notifications

After you have been playing for a long time, www299 sends you an automatic notification. This message reminds you how long you have been playing and what the current state of your account is.

24/7 Support and Guidance

Do not hesitate to talk about gambling problems. Our Bengali live chat support is always ready. We do not judge — we only help.

Age verification is mandatory for us

www299 verifies age at the time of account registration. No one under the age of 21 can use our platform.

Recognise the signs of problem gambling

If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, take a break immediately and contact us:

Feeling the urge to bet more in order to recover lost money
Being unable to stop playing or playing longer than planned
Hiding the amount you bet from family or friends
Using money meant for bills or daily expenses on betting
Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when unable to play
Betting with borrowed money or by taking loans

Yes. Your account is deactivated as soon as you request self-exclusion. You will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets until the selected period ends. You can start this process via live chat or email.

Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. However, increasing a limit is subject to a set waiting period — this is intentional to prevent impulsive limit increases. You can change your limit through account settings or with the help of support.

Your balance is fully protected during a time-out. No transactions are possible during this period. Once the break ends, you can return to your account as normal and your balance will be intact.

Yes. If you wish to leave the platform permanently, contact us via live chat or at [email protected]. Our team will process your request and permanently close the account. After permanent exclusion, it will not be possible to open a new account with the same details.

Start by having a calm conversation and avoid being judgmental. If you notify us at [email protected], we can take precautionary measures regarding the relevant account. Also seek advice from a mental health professional in Bangladesh — professional support is the most effective way to overcome addiction.

You can set the reality check notification interval in the "Responsible Gaming" section of your account settings. At the chosen interval, a notification will appear on screen giving you information about your current session time and spending.
